The controller of your personal data processed in connection with the use of dealer.superiorbikes.com and the handling of dealer applications is BIKE FUN International s. r. o. (the "Controller").

2. Scope of data processed
We process the data you provide voluntarily through the dealer application form:
- company name and city,
- full name of the contact person,
- email address and phone number,
- content of correspondence with the Controller.
3. Purposes and legal bases of processing
We process your data for the following purposes:
- handling your dealer application and presenting partnership terms — based on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) and steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR),
- commercial contact by phone and email regarding the application — based on your separate consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and applicable e-privacy laws),
- compliance with legal obligations imposed on the Controller — Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR,
- the Controller's legitimate interests, including handling complaints and establishing or defending against legal claims — Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
4. Data retention
We store personal data for the period necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected:
- for the duration of talks regarding cooperation, and if cooperation is established — for its duration and the limitation period for related claims,
- if cooperation is not established — no longer than 24 months from the last contact, unless you withdraw your consent earlier,
- until you withdraw your consent to commercial contact.
5. Data recipients
Recipients of your data may include entities supporting the Controller, in particular: IT and hosting providers, email and CRM providers, legal and tax advisors, courier and postal service providers. We share data only to the extent necessary and under appropriate data processing agreements.
We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
6. Transfers outside the EEA
As a rule, we do not transfer data outside the European Economic Area. If, in connection with using tools provided by third parties (e.g. cloud services), such a transfer takes place, it is carried out on the basis of Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission or other mechanisms compliant with the GDPR.

In connection with the processing of your data, you have the following rights:
- the right to access your data and to obtain a copy of it,
- the right to rectification and completion of your data,
- the right to erasure ("right to be forgotten"),
- the right to restriction of processing,
- the right to data portability,
- the right to object to processing based on legitimate interests,
- the right to withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing prior to withdrawal,
- the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (in Poland: the President of the Personal Data Protection Office).
8. Voluntary nature of providing data
Providing personal data is voluntary but necessary to handle your dealer application. Failure to provide data marked as required will make it impossible for us to contact you.
